“KVIS students won the awards from the 9th Thailand Mathematics Contest (TMC 2021)”
On July 27, 2021, the International Mathematics Contest (IMC) Union Thailand announced the special prizes of the 9th Thailand Mathematics Contest (TMC 2021), including the Highest Score Award in Potential Assessment Round, the Champion Award, and the Top 5 Highest Score Award of Grade 2-11.
There are 3 KVIS awardees:
1) Mr. Phudit Thanakulkairid, KVIS Grade 10 student (a former student of Bangkok Christian College), received the Champion Award and the 1st Place Highest Score Award of Grade 9.
2) Mr. Tanwong Pattamamongkolchai (Grade 11) received the 5th Place Highest Score Award of Grade 10.
3) Mr. Pornpawit Phuangruankaew (Grade 12) received the 5th Place Highest Score Award of Grade 11.
Students who won the Champion Award will receive a trophy from Professor Emeritus Dr. Kasem Watanachai, a member of the Privy Council. Furthermore, students who won the 1st and 5th Place Highest Score Awards will receive scholarships of 20,000 baht and 2,000 baht, respectively.
