KVIS Student won a silver medal from IChO 2021

    Congratulations to a KVIS student (Grade 11) who won a medal from the 53rd International Chemistry Olympiads (IChO 2021) held by the International Chemistry Olympiad Japan Organizing Committee, on July 25 - August 2, 2021, via online system.

    Ms. Nichawadee Kanjanakosit (Silver Medal)

    International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO) is an annual competition for high school students who are talented in chemistry from all around the world. The program intends to motivate interests in chemistry among students by using creative chemical problems.

On June 18-21, 1968, the 1st International Chemistry Olympiad took place in Prague, with participants that were mostly from Eastern European countries. This year, there were around 80 countries participating in the competition. Apart from that, 6 countries also joined the competition as observers.
