On July 30, 2021, Thailand’s National Science Museum (NSM) together with the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, and the Science Society of Thailand Under the Patronage of His Majesty the King, announced the list of projects accepted to compete in the final round of Prime Minister's Science Project Award 2021.

Out of 5 applied science projects in high school level, there is one KVIS project titled “The Development of Multi-sensor Paper-Based Test Kit for Heavy Metal Detection” by Mr. Kijjakarn Namsawangrungrueng, Mr. Thiti Thaloengboonsiri, and Mr. Dawit Boonyakitnotai, with the project supervisor, Dr. Suranan Anantachaisilp.

The program's objectives are to select and honor the scientific models for the next generation of youth. Besides, it aims at promoting recognition of science and technology.

We would like to appreciate our students and encourage them to reach for the final round competition!
