“The 3rd Thai – Russian Roundtable (TRRT 2021)”
Office of the Education Council, together with Kamnoetvidya Science Academy would like to invite you to join "The 3rd Thai – Russian Roundtable" under the theme of “Education during COVID-19 Pandemic: Turning Crisis into Opportunity”. The event will be held online from 16th – 17th September 2021.
Highlights of this event include the gracious inaugural address from H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, along with 4 special lectures and more than 22 Thai and Russian guest speakers.
Topics of the lectures are as follows;
1. ‘Model of Basic Education Learning in Thailand during COVID-19 Pandemic’ by Khunying Kalaya Sophonpanich, the Deputy Minister of Education
2. ‘Using Interactive Mathematical Systems in Distant Teaching’ by Dr. Vladimir Dubrovsky from the Kolmogorov School of Moscow State University
3. ‘Teaching Online: for Better or for Worse for Teachers and Students’ by Mr. Konstantin Stolbov, Vice-Principal of Alferov’s Physical-Technical High School (PTHS) of Saint Petersburg Academic University
4. ‘Vocational Education in Thailand - Coping with COVID-19 Pandemic’ by Ms. Pratin Lainjumroon, 2021 Princess Maha Chakri Awardee from the Phang Nga Technical College
Thai - Russia Education Roundtable is the bilateral partnership between Thailand - Russia which the Office of the Education Council collaborates closely with the Thai - Russia Education Roundtable Working Group and Russian experts to put HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn's royal idea into concrete action.
The continuity of this roundtable would contribute to the strengthening of academic ties between two countries, notably in academic exchange for the sustainable education. This year, due to the covid-19 pandemic, Thailand will conduct the 3rd Thai-Russia Education Roundtable as a two-day virtual conference.
