Team KVIS became the 2nd Award Winner of ITYM 2021

    Congratulations to Team KVIS for receiving Silver Medal (the Second Award Winner) from the 13th International Tournament of Young Mathematicians organized by the Belarusian State University and the French Association Animath on October 6 - 17, 2021, via an online system.

    The team members are as follows:

        1 Mr. Pojchara Ounjaroen, the team captain (Grade 12)

        2 Mr. Supawich Trongdee (Grade 12)

        3 Mr. Pontakorn Koosakul (Grade 12)

        4 Mr. Chayanant Sandee (Grade 11)

        5 Mr. Chanatip Sujsuntinukul (Grade 11)

        6 Mr. Tanupat Trakulthongchai (Grade 10)

        Mr. Atiratch Laoharenoo and Mr. Wasanont Pongsawat, KVIS mathematics teachers, were the team leaders.

        Each team must consist of 4 – 6 members assigned roles as Reporter, Opponent, Reviewer, and Observer. During the tournament, the participating students must debate for presenting their research results.

        The ITYM is a team-based competition supported by leading European universities. Its goal is to allow collaboration between professional scientists and young mathematicians. Since 2009, students, teachers, and scientists from 20 countries have already benefited from this program.
