The Royal Visit of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn to KVIS

    On November 16, 2021, Mr. Auttapol Rerkpiboon, President & Chief Executive Officer of PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), Dr. Pailin Chuchottaworn, Chairman of the School Governing Board of KVIS, Dr. Thongchai Chewprecha, Principal of KVIS, Mrs. Thidarat Toommakorn, School Manager, along with government officials, executives of PTT Group, KVIS members, and students’ parent representatives, were granted an audience with H.R.H. Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

    Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn visited the main building to see the school’s exhibition and pay homage to the Phra Buddha Maha Paraminubhab Bisudh Anuttra Sangam Vijay at KVIS Buddha Hall.

    The princess also planted a Sacred Fig tree (Ficus religiosa L.) at the field in front of KVIS Buddha Hall and saw the KVIS Art Gallery.

    The name Kamnoetvidya Science Academy, which means the academy for the genesis of knowledge, has been bestowed by H.R.H Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on our school on August 6, 2015.

    The princess has also allowed us to decorate the school’s name sing with her initials. These are considered a great honor to our school and all KVIS members.
