A KVIS student received the Gold Medal from IOAA 2021

    On November 21, 2021, closing ceremony of the 14th International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics was held online by the Republic of Colombia.

    According to the award announcement, four gold medals and a silver medal went to Thai representatives. One of them was a Grade 11 student from Kamnoetvidya Science Academy, namely Mr. Sapol Maison.

    In 2006, the first IOAA was organized by a group of 5 countries: Thailand, Indonesia, Iran, China, and Poland. This year, students from 48 countries participated in the tournament.
