Visit to KVIS by teachers from Japan Super Science Schools

Mr. Yoshio Okamoto from Tennoji Senior High School attached to Osaka Kyoiku University who presented his talk at the "Teachers Show and Share" on ocassion of Thai JApan Student ICT Fair (TJSIF-2016) visited KVIS alongside with Mr. Takashi Ito and Mr. Teruyoshi Yamaguchi from Meijo University Senior High School in Nagoya. The visiting teachers were very much impressed with theeffective infrastructure and resources with KVIS.

Mr. Yoshio Okamoto from Tennoji Senior High School attached to Osaka Kyoiku University has been teaching both at the school and the university. He has been successfully setting up the "New Horizontal Seismograph System for School Use Employing Arduino” in Osaka. He will be joining KVIS "Earth Science Team" at the beginning of the new academic year in 2017 to co-teach Earth Science at KVIS with the KVIS Chemistry and the Geography faculty. It is expected that KVIS students will work with Teacher Yoshio Okamoto to set a "KVIS Seismograph System" that can monitor even subtle movements of the earth crust in the ASEAN region.
